We want you to get the care you deserve
I am a registered psychologist based in Sydney with over 21 years of clinical experience working with individuals, couples and families from diverse cultural backgrounds.
I founded Release Your Mind with one simple belief: that everyone deserves access to high quality, personalised mental health support regardless of where they come from, who they love, or what they have been through.
My approach is warm, direct and evidence-based. I draw on a range of clinically proven therapies — including CBT, ACT, DBT and Mindfulness — to create a treatment plan that is built specifically around you and your goals.
I am AHPRA registered, a member of the Australian Psychological Society (APS), and recognised by Medicare so you can access rebates through a Mental Health Care Plan from your GP.

My Approach to Therapy
I believe therapy works best when it feels like a genuine partnership not a clinical transaction.
That means I take the time to truly understand your story before we talk about solutions. It means I will challenge you when the moment calls for it, and support you when you need to simply be heard. And yes it means I bring a healthy dose of humour to the process, because healing does not have to feel heavy.
Every person who comes to see me arrives with a unique set of experiences, strengths and challenges. My job is to help you reconnect with your own resilience and build the tools to move forward for good.
Let's Work Together
Taking the first step toward therapy can feel daunting. But it can also be the most important decision you ever make for yourself.
If you are ready to start or even just curious about whether therapy is right for you I would love to hear from you.
