Yes. Medicare rebates apply to both face-to-face and online psychology sessions, provided you have a valid Mental Health Care Plan from your GP.

Yes, if you have a plan manager, you may be able to access our services through your NDIS funding. Please contact us before booking so we can confirm your eligibility.

In many cases, yes. EAP programs typically provide 3 to 5 sessions per year. Contact your employer or EAP provider to confirm whether our practice is covered under your plan.

No. There is currently no Medicare rebate available for ADHD testing or assessment. Please contact us for more information on costs.

No. Psychologists are not able to prescribe medication. If medication is something you wish to explore following an ADHD assessment, we will provide you with a report that you can take to your GP for a referral to a psychiatrist.

We ask that you provide at least 48 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Late cancellations and missed appointments may be charged at the full session rate. If you have any concerns, please contact us as early as possible and we will do our best to find a solution.
